Before I started HowHabit, I wasted countless years with bad habits.
I played video games, watched television, and scrolled social media for countless hours every day. Just to name a few of the bad habits that I had in the past.
Today I do sports and meditate every day, read a book a week, and still find time for friends and family besides my business. My life changed!
So, what do I believe?
Every small choice and action you take can lead to big changes, and I believe in this because I’ve seen it happen repeatedly.
